• The Event

Complete planning, budgeting and operational support for one/two days event.

    Professional execution without the complexity.

You have an event to run. You don't have six weeks to figure it out from scratch.

You know what you want to create. You can picture the energy in the room, the way people will connect, the impact this gathering could have on everyone who attends.

What you don't have is the time to research venues that may not even be available on your dates. Or the headspace to build a budget from first principles, cross-reference it against multiple venue quotes, and work out whether the ticket price you've landed on actually makes financial sense.

And yet, that's exactly what organising a professional one or two-day event requires.

Most people either wing it and hope for the best, or get stuck in the planning phase so long that momentum dies before they ever open bookings.

There's a third option. Hand the planning over to someone who's done this before.

Choose the support level that fits where you are right now.

Is this you?

You're a facilitator, coach, trainer, consultant, brand or team leader ready to organise a workshop, mini retreat, offsite or curated gathering.
You know your content. You understand your audience. You're clear on the experience you want to create.

But somewhere between the idea and the execution, things get murky. You might be thinking:

• "I don't have time to research venues properly — what if I pick the wrong one?"

• "I have no idea what this will actually cost or what I should charge."

• "What if I miss something important and it shows on the day?"

• "I've never run an event at this scale — what if I'm not thinking of everything?"

• "I keep planning to plan, but I'm not actually making progress."

The expertise is there. The vision is clear. What's missing is someone to handle the operational foundation so you can focus on what you do best.

You don't need more event planning advice.
You need someone to build the plan with you.

What changes when you hand this over

You show up to a structured, fully prepared plan - not a blank spreadsheet.

Six to eight weeks after we start working together, you have a complete operational blueprint: a venue that's confirmed and contracted, a budget that accounts for every variable, ticket pricing that protects your margin, and a run-of-show so detailed you know exactly what's happening at every hour.

You also have guidance on marketing messaging and participant communications — so the experience is cohesive from first touchpoint to final goodbye.

Then you deliver your event with confidence. No wondering if you've missed something. No last-minute scrambling. Just a well organised gathering that runs the way you intended.

That's what The Event delivers - complete operational support from start to finish.

Who you're working with

I'm Elena, the founder of Kenko. I've spent over a decade designing and delivering retreats across the world - working with yoga teachers, coaches, wellness brands, and teams who want to create experiences that actually work.

I've planned retreats that have sold out. I've also seen what happens when the foundations aren't right — the pricing that doesn't cover costs, the timelines that leave no room for error, the logistics that unravel. I know what makes the difference, and I built The Event so you don't have to learn it the hard way.

This session is practical, direct, and built entirely around your situation. No templates applied blindly. No generic advice. Just clear thinking, honest feedback, and a concrete next step.

Who is this for?

The Event is designed for facilitators, yoga teachers, coaches, wellness professionals, consultants, trainers, brands and corporate teams who want to organise a high-quality one or two-day gathering without managing the operational complexity themselves.

This might be you if —

— You're a facilitator ready to scale from regular classes to immersive events

— You're a consultant planning your first client retreat or workshop intensive

— You're a corporate team organising an offsite without an internal events function

— You're a brand creating a customer experience or product launch event

— You've done a Consultation session with Kenko and you're ready to execute

If you need ongoing content development, extensive marketing support, or multi-night accommodation planning, the full Retreat Design package is the better starting point.

We can discuss which fits your project when you enquire.

The Investment

Up to 10 participants: £950

11–20 participants: £1,400 + £45 per person above 10

21+ participants: From £2,100 — enquire for a quote

Delivery: 6–8 weeks from briefing call (minimum lead time). For groups of 15+, 4+ months is recommended to secure venue availability.

Format: fully remote — briefing call, research, documentation, check-in call.

This investment reflects the complete planning and operational foundation for your event. The pricing scales with group size because larger events require more detailed coordination and carry higher operational complexity.
