You have the vision.
Let's build the retreat
around it.
You've built something real - a following, a teaching practice, a community that trusts you. And you're ready for the next level: a multi-day retreat that becomes a central, recurring part of how you work.
But when you look at everything it actually takes - the venue search, the budget, the pricing, the marketing plan, the logistics, the contracts - it's a lot to carry alone. Especially when you're still running everything else.
This is where Kenko comes in. Not as a support service. As a genuine co-creator. We build this together, from first brief to final handover and I'm as invested in the outcome as you are.
95% of Retreat Design clients return for their next retreat.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
The retreat is ready in your head.
Everything else is standing in the way.
You're a yoga teacher, facilitator, coach, or wellness professional. You've built something real - a following, a community, a practice - and you're ready for the next level.
You want to create a multi-day retreat as a core part of your business. Not a test. Something you've committed to, that you want to get right from the start.
But when you look at what it actually takes, you might be thinking:
"I don't know where to begin and every time I try to plan, I get stuck."
"I've looked at venues but I can't work out if the numbers make sense."
"I'm worried about pricing it wrong - too high and it won't sell, too low and it's not worth running."
"The marketing feels like a whole other job on top of everything else."
"I don't want to spend six months building something that falls apart in week one."
"I want to do this properly and then be able to repeat it."
The idea is ready. You need someone who's done this before to help you build it.
You don't need more information. You need a partner who will carry the complexity with you.
Imagine finishing this project with a retreat that sold well, ran smoothly, and left your participants wanting to come back. A retreat you'd be happy to run again next year because the foundations are already in place.
That's not luck. That's what good planning looks like.
By the end of the partnership, you'll have:
A venue you're genuinely excited about, secured at the right price and on your terms
A budget that makes sense and a pricing strategy you can stand behind
A marketing plan that builds momentum from day one — not a scramble in the final weeks
Logistics that are handled, tracked, and handed over without loose ends
The mental space to actually lead your retreat, because someone else is holding the operational detail
A process you can repeat — because the second one is always easier than the first

WHO YOU ARE WORKING WITH
Retreat designer.
Strategist. Partner.
I'm Elena, the founder of Kenko. I've spent over a decade designing and delivering retreats across Europe and beyond working with yoga teachers, coaches, wellness professionals and facilitators who want to create experiences that actually work.
I've planned retreats that have sold out. I've also seen what happens when the foundations aren't right - the pricing that doesn't hold, the timelines that leave no room for error, the logistics that unravel in week one. I know what makes the difference.
What I bring to a Retreat Design project isn't just operational support. It's strategic thinking, honest feedback, and the kind of experience you can only get from having done this many times, with the care of someone who is genuinely invested in your outcome.
I'm not a virtual assistant or a logistics coordinator. I'm a retreat designer and strategist who also handles the details.
THE INVESTMENT
Structured around
your results.
The fee structure is intentional. A fixed initiation fee confirms the project. The planning fee is tied to revenue — so the commercial incentive is fully aligned from day one.
FOCUS 01
The Plan
For anyone with a retreat, workshop, event or offsite idea who needs clarity on viability and what it actually takes to deliver it well.
What's included:
90-minute 1:1 call — we go deep on your idea, your goals, your audience, and your constraints
Pre-call questionnaire — so we use every minute of our time together well
Action plan document — a written summary of prioritised next steps, tailored to your situation
Sequenced checklist — a clear breakdown of what needs to happen and in what order
14-day follow-up — a 20-minute check-in call to review progress and answer what's come up
This is right for you if:
You have a retreat or event idea that's been sitting in your head for too long
You're not sure if it's actually viable or where to even begin
You want a concrete plan, not more general advice
You're about to invest time and money and want to make sure you're doing it right

FOCUS 02
The Budget
For anyone who needs to build a solid, realistic budget and understand their numbers before they commit.
What's included:

Pre-call questionnaire — so I understand your event before we start
Working budget document — yours to keep and use independently, fully editable
Pricing strategy and profit margin breakdown — so you know exactly what to charge and why
Scenario planning — best case, minimum viable, and contingency, so you can make decisions with confidence
14-day follow-up — a 20-minute check-in call to refine as your plans develop
This is right for you if:
You've been guessing at your numbers or avoiding them altogether
You're unsure what to charge and don't want to underprice (or overprice) yourself

Questions you might have
-
The Groundwork is a focused advisory session, not full project management. You leave with clarity, a plan, and the tools to move forward independently. If you later want hands-on support to design and deliver your retreat end to end, that's what Kenko's full service is for. This gets you started right.
-
Yes. Many clients choose to book The Plan and The Budget together. They're complementary: The Plan gives you direction, The Budget gives you the financial confidence to act on it. Each session stands alone, but together they give you the complete picture.
-
Not at all - this is actually the best time. Getting clarity before you've committed time and money is exactly what this session is designed for. You don't need a fully formed plan. You need an idea and a willingness to be honest about where you are.
-
That's fine. Come as you are. The pre-call questionnaire will help me understand your situation before we speak, so we can use the session to untangle what's not clear and focus on what matters most.
-
It's a 20-minute check-in call - not a second full session, but a chance to review what you've done since we spoke, address anything that's come up, and adjust the plan if needed. Think of it as a built-in accountability moment.
-
Yes. Sessions take place on Google Meets, so location isn't a barrier. Payment is in GBP. If you have questions about currency or timing, get in touch before booking.
-
If you're not sure your event is viable yet, start with The Plan. If you already know what you want to do but can't make the numbers work, start with The Budget. If you're genuinely unsure, reach out and I can help you decide.
The idea has been sitting there long enough. Let's give it a real plan.
